Recruiting Animal

I saw the intention behind Arnold's comparison of Jan 6 to Crystal Night but I also thought that it was not quite the same.

However, Baddiel seems to think that his status as someone whose family was affected by Crystal Night gives his take on it some kind of higher status and that no one else has a right to disagree.

"They were keen, that is, to tell a Jew he was wrong to be uncomfortable, wrong to think of this as in any way problematic".

Even though I agree that the comparison was off, I don't agree that his views are untouchable.

What if someone else who descends from German Jews disagrees with him?
