Series winner in the Lens Culture Street Photography Awards: Kevin Fletcher with Avenue of Roses:

Fletcher is based in Portland, Oregon. There's an 82nd Avenue of Roses Parade there every year, set up in "an effort to improve 82nd Avenue's image". So I assume the title is a kind of ironic way of referring to one of Portland's less salubrious thoroughfares.
