In the Jewish Chronicle you can read about how London mayor Sadiq Khan was confronted by a couple of angry Labour activists demanding to know why he didn't speak to the pro-Corbyn, fringe Jewish Voice For Labour group, after he'd supposedly "supported Zionists" by speaking at the Jewish Labour Movement's rally in a Brighton synagogue the previous evening.
Or about how pamphlets were handed out comparing Israel to the Nazis.
Or about the appearance of an antisemitic banner outside the conference centre.
Or you can read David Collier. The ‘Palestine’ obsession at the Labour Party conference.
One delegate went off script. She mentioned the Uyghurs. There is near silence in the hall. When she had finished talking there was polite applause. A million plus in concentration camps? These people don’t care. There is surely someone in detention in Israel for attacking civilians with a knife that they’d rather be talking about. They doze off for the Uyghurs – but every mention of the word Palestine is met with loud applause and flag waving.
I think there's a why missing between know and he. Unless I got it wrong
