The fact that some foreign policy has some unpleasant consequences doesn't necessarily mean that it's a mistake. One consequence of Neville Chamberlain declaring War on Nazi Germany in 1939 was the blitz and the bombing of Coventry. These things were not pleasant, but presumably even Jenkins would think that Chamberlain did the right thing, wouldn't he?


How does Jenkins explain the Stockholm trrror attacks, I wonder.
