Further to an earlier post of mine about the Moroccan community in Antwerp, Live in Brussels writes about more trouble, with Jewish boys being attacked by muslims:
The mayor of Antwerp, socialist Patrick Janssens, was quick to condemn the increase of 'racism' and 'anti-semitism'. The talking heads on TV also condemned 'violence between two communities'.Funny how this violence 'between' two communities only means that there are concrete blocks in front of synagogues and Jewish schools, and increased police patrols in Jewish neighbourhoods. And none of that in 'muslim' neighbourhoods. Maybe because the violence is uni-directional?
Scary things are happening in Antwerp, and maybe the thirties are coming back after all, but not in the way the Antwerp left has been saying all these years.
