Gibson Block

There is some irony in this article. The people who want the US to take a more assertive role in foreign affairs believe that the Iranian government should not be isolationist and, in fact, has no right to be.

We can despise the regime of the mullahs without using double standards.


Gibson, could you elaborate on the point you're making? I'm not clear what isolationism has to do with any of this, nor where irony or double standards come into it.


I believe that photo is from a movie called 'Golden Collars'.
