I'd love to know where when these things were built. Strange that the photographer doesn't seem to want to tell us.

It is strange. Maybe he wants to keep them to himself. Or maybe he likes the kind of randomness - or arbitrariness - of it. Hey, just wandering round and I found this. Could be anywhere.

The only clue, for that last one, is the name "Elboeuf" (when you right click to save). There's an Elbeuf in Normandy, but that's as far as I got. I assume it's a water tower, but it's a fantastic thing wherever it is.
