These people never explain why blasphemy should be illegal anywhere. No doubt they find it upsetting, but all sorts of people find all sorts of things upsetting. I imagine Morris dancers find it upsetting when people say "try everything once except incest and Morris dancing", but I doubt whether any Morris dancer thinks the voicing of such sentiments should be banned. Islam should have no more protection than Morris dancing.
