Seeing Norm's Bulawayo hit parade, made me realise that I've never featured the Everly Brothers. So:
From 1960. Hair gel glinting under the lights, backed by the Crickets (Joe B. Mauldin bass, Jerry Allison drums, and Sonny Curtis guitar), a year after Buddy Holly's death. First single for Warner Brothers - WB1 - and their biggest hit record.
Much is made of the Blues influence on British Invasion bands, but here's the other side of it - the Country/Pop side. They were always hugely popular in the UK, and the Beatles were big fans - according to Ian MacDonald's Revolution in the Head, the harmonies for Please Please Me were based on Cathy's Clown.
The Stones, probably, not so much.

Yes I like that as well. There's such an amazing back catalogue with the Everlys.
