Portraits "with a narrative and conceptual framework", by Ryan Schude:
Framing, colors, shadows - everything pleases the eye, but the obviously contrived positioning of the apples... oh well.
But then it's probably covered by the term "conceptual framework", which I am not qualified to dig ;-)

Well yes - I think "conceptual framework" basically means it could be a still from a film: there's the feeling of a story unfolding.
