Stalinist brutalist blocks. A deliberate insult to people and a revelling in the glory and power of the State - the only thing too arrogant to put up such monstrosities. I know Stalin didn't put this monstrosity up, but the architects were dipped in the worship of the State that characterised Stalinism.

As I said, it's only the State (or the progressive elite) that could be so arrogant towards the public.
