Yes, it's almost as ugly inside as out: there's still a way to go before it takes guests. And, given the rumours of slipshod construction and poor quality concrete, it's not somewhere I'd recommend for that dream holiday in Pyongyang, even if Kim Jong-un was just a grim footnote in the history books.
